"Documentation is lacking"
The good: Great: keyboard, phone earpiece and speakerphone volume are loud enough to hear in noisey environments, music sounds loud enough when played through speakers, but of course is better with a stereo headset, the voice commands seem to work great even using a bluetooth headset with ambient noise.
