The good: has a qwerty keyboard and vz navigater not heavy heavy duty but my mom works outside and has dropped hers who knows howmany times and still works just fine and looks ok....so its kinda in the heavy duty area not hard to figure out spent 5 min, with it and learned it all.you cantext with the flip open or closed and can do almost the same on the outside as you can the inside.
