"DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE"
The good: I love the Qwerty keyboard and the picture quality as well as the picture editing features. The bad: after having the phone a few day to a week any out going call you make will not work no one can hear you andd you can't hear them, the Neon freezes a lot esp if its not FULLY charged, I have replaced my Neon three times now and am now switching to a diff phone.
