""It's a piece of crap" - Verizon Salesman"
I had this phone for a few months and everything was working fine. Then there were some software issues so I took it back to the Verizon store and they replaced it. Phones should be designed to take a little bit of damage. I try to be careful with it but the second time I dropped it the screen cracked. It was sitting on my lap, I forgot it was there and it made a short drop about 3 feet to the floor.
