"Thin, light, and up to any task."

When I originally began to look for a new smartphone back in November and December of last year, I looked at the DROID RAZR but didn't give it much thought. I was certain that the Galaxy Nexus was the phone for me. But when the Galaxy Nexus came out and I was able to compare the two side by side, I became a lot more interested in the RAZR. The screen may not be an HD screen but it's both qHD and SAMOLED and is actually quite a nice screen with fairly accurate color reproduction and decent outdoor viewing. The reception and call quality are second to none on this powerhouse and it consistently works well for me. The combined 1.2 GHz dual-core OMAP processor and the 1GB of RAM make it scream through tasks and beat out even my iPhone and Galaxy S II toting friends. Battery life could be better but the RAZR MAXX has got your back if you need that. And if you want an app, movie, book, or just some music then you need look no further than the Google Play store which teems with an ever growing number of products. But the real winner for this phone is the design. Coming in at just 7.1mm thin, the RAZR is an incredibly slim device that fits easily in the pocket. And in your hand it feels incredibly light compared to other chunkier devices on the market. But being thin and light doesn't mean that you have to sacrifice durability. The DROID RAZR can easily take the day to day beatings of life with it's Kevlar back, Gorilla Glass screen, stainless steel chassis and core, and the spill-proof nano-coating. At the end of the day, the DROID RAZR comes in as an incredible phone. With it's blazing fast LTE speeds, stunning design, and speedy internals, it makes me proud to say that I'm glad that I gave it a second glance.
