"Great But Not Perfect Smartphone"
I just recently made the switch from the iPhone 4 (great phone) to the Droid Razr Maxx HD. For me, the main selling point was the battery life. Believe the hype, it is as good as advertised.I read and watched a lot of reviews prior to making my decision. The main knock on this phone seemed to be the camera. That wasn't a problem for me considering camera quality on a phone has never been a selling point for me. If I need to snap quality photos, I'll grab my camera.
This phone has a great display and it was just recently upgraded to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, which is awesome!
The call quality is outstanding, it has one of the best speakerphones I've ever used and the bluetooth is easy to pair.
One complaint, and it has more to do with Verizon, you can't rid yourself of all of the bloatware apps loaded on this phone. Small price to pay.
If you're looking for a solid P H O N E and aren't as concerned about picture quality, I highly recommend the Droid Razr Maxx HD. It's a great phone.
