The good: The features are cool and the phones look really goodThe bad: no monthly plan or contractsSummary: I bought 5 i830 for my kids so i could keep in touch with then when there away from home .You can't beat the $1.00 a day option for unlimited chirps. I highly recommend boost mobile to any one with children

The good: small and easy to useThe bad: screen scratches, soundSummary: I really like the size and weight of the phone. The sleek look is very appealing but the screen scratches with the phone being flipped all the time. It is very simple to program and set up. I just wish they made something to go on phone screen so it didn't scratch. The sound could be improved also, sometimes it seems a little muttled.
