Krzr

The good: Touch sensative external music playerThe bad: Breaks Easily, Smudges easily, constantly having to charge the phone, and Mirror breaks EASILY!Summary: I got this phone in december and it worked great, until the warranty was over on the phone. Mine snapped in half very easily and the verizon people said that I broke it but the screen was glitching before it broke. Everyone I know had a KRZR and at least is on their second one.

Low Volume

Posted on: March 6th, 2007 by Yolonda Hebb

The good: The music quality is great. Great look. The bad: Low Volume, Slow Downloads.Summary: I got my phone February 2007. I always used the bluetooth, but I lost it and had to use the phone without it. Neither I nor the person I was talking to could hear each other. I had to put the phone on speaker just to understand a word. Other than that it's a wonderful phone.

The good: looks sleek and stylishThe bad: front glass looks dirty and cracks very easily and costs £40 a time to repairSummary: would steer clear till the glass problem has been solved. A tougher glass needs to be used

Very disappointed

Posted on: November 3rd, 2006 by Anonymous

The good: Sleek style, excellent build quality, good feature setThe bad: Harsh sounding call quality, low call volume, average reception, buggy bluetooth, sluggish web browsing.Summary: I was very disappointed in the K1M. The earpiece audio was at best mediocre and the call volume was very low, even with the volume at maximum. Bluetooth headset volume was adequate. Had to reboot the phone at least a couple of times each day because the voice commands didn't respond over bluetooth. Signal strength was at least 1-bar less than my previous phone, an LG VX7000.

The upgrade I needed

Posted on: October 6th, 2006 by Joseph Crossland

The good: The style, look, and feel of the phone is what will impress you first. It is smooth on the front and them has a rubber grip on the back. The shape and size fits perfect in your hand and feels really good to hold. Has all of the expected features and they work properly. The bad: I expected an upgraded camera with flash. I am constantly cleaning fingerprints off of the phone!Summary: Overall I am really satisfied with my new phone. The K1m is easy to use and came with everything I need. I would recommend this phone to those looking for a slim flip that is full of features.
