at least it looks good.

Posted on: June 17th, 2010 by Rebecca G

The good: it takes some abuse and still works. The bad: this thing will not keep the tones set, it will suddenly turn the ringer off completely, it took a month and two different techs to get it to work with individual ringers. and it would not hold a charge for long until my son accidentally electrocuted himself while holding it(not recommended!)now it holds a charge for two days.Summary: if you have another choice take it!!! this one has problems.

Worst phone and no product support

Posted on: February 1st, 2010 by Richard Welch

The good: NoneThe bad: eats batteries, doesn't see sim card, drops callsSummary: Horrible phone, needs charging everyday even with limited use approximately three calls. I have had this phone replaced going on three times. Motorola refuses to replace this with a dependable phone. They keep sending me the same model that has the same problems.

WORST PHONE EVER DONT BUY

Posted on: September 10th, 2009 by sara lane

The good: InexpensiveThe bad: Poor QualitySummary: This phone is the worst phone i have ever had. They really should discontinue it. I have had this phone replaced 3 times!!! I would download a ringer to the phone and it would be on there for a few days and then it would just disappear, and go back to that stupid T mobile Jingle. And get this has anyone ever heard of a phone that would work with out the battery? I plugged the phone in to the charger with out the battery and it worked. When this finally happened i called t mobile and they are going to send me a completely different phone. All i have to say is you get what you pay for!!!

I like my little phone...

Posted on: January 30th, 2009 by Alexandra Wood

The good: Cool handy dandy belt clip, grippy surface, textured key pad, durable, pretty good reception. The bad: Camera is kinda weak, instant messenger signs off after only being on for a few minutesSummary: I like this little phone. Alot better then the free samsung from t-mobile that I had for a few months. The salesman who sold me this phone told me he threw it across a mall corridor to prove to a customer how durable it was. That sold me on the phone. Being a person who beats on phones and drops them constantly this was the right phone for me. The camera is a little weak. Not that great of quality considering the maker of the phone. The razr I had broken after 2 years of abuse had a much better camera. Overall a pretty good little phone if you're not looking for fancy little doodads and such.

Phone Contacts Keep Deleting

Posted on: December 24th, 2008 by Anonymous

The good: SturdyThe bad: Phone contacts delete if copied from SIM card, Arrow Buttons too close together, Not at all intuitive! Summary: My phone contacts keep deleting when the phone is turned off. I have had the phone 6 weeks and the first time it shut down when it restarted I lost ALL of my contacts stored in the phone. I had transferred the contacts from a Samsung phone. A few were on the SIM card so I then recreated as many as I could and saved from the SIM card to the phone. Guess what yesterday my phone turned off again and when I went back in again POOF my phone contacts had disappeared. Awful phone, no one could provide a what to do. The arrow buttons are too small, the set up is not as outlined in the manual the clock will not change to analog. I hate it but it's mine now!

Run away

Posted on: November 8th, 2008 by Anonymous

The good: Unsure of anyThe bad: Battery dies really fast, continually goes back to the t jingle ringtone. resets to only ringSummary: I have had nothing but problems, its difficult to link pics to caller id, then even when it works on one call the next call it wont work. Resets to ring from vibrate and ring and reverts to the t jingle after being charged, plus no analog display like on the pic on the box and instruction manual. The battery dies before the day is over and I had hardly talked and without listning to music. I have had this phone only one week and going back monday. Haaated it!!

Moto-ACTV W450

Posted on: October 25th, 2008 by Jackie M

The good: Easy to grip, great sound, cool look. The bad: Below average camera, small buttonsSummary: Looks great, sounds great. Easy to setup. I had to return my first phone but T-Mobile was great. I would recommend this phone to anyone not wanting or needing a lot of the frills.
