Schmackdown! Motorola Photon vs. Samsung Epic 4G Touch

Sprint now has three of the best phones in the industry on its 4G network: The Samsung Epic 4G Touch, the Motorola Photon 4G and the HTC EVO 3D. Cell phone fans rightly wonder how these three strong phones compare, and Wirefly wants to help. In this video, Wirefly's Bob Kovacs pits the Epic 4G Touch head-to-head with the Photon 4G, and the result is surprisingly close.

Schmackdown! Motorola Photon 4G vs HTC EVO 3D

What could be better than a Wirefly Schmackdown that compares two of the most powerful phones available? Here we have the HTC EVO 3D compared nose-to-nose with the Motorola Photon 4G, and there are plenty of similarities and differences to make this one interesting. Which one will win the battle to be crowned Sprint's most powerful phone?

Gets work done

Posted on: April 10th, 2012 by neil C.

My Pros are Webtop, hdmi ports look and feel , strong reception also durability Cons would be delayed texted i think i got that fixed one thing i dont like that motorola excluded this from the droid line i wish i had motocast it does have another apps for it but i like the motocast name this being my first smartphone i say the battery life is good i use random apps so the stock battery has not been disappointing against my ipod touch 4th gen and friends galaxy nexus the photon has a disappointing display for media watching but for wallpaper i am happy videos are kinda pixelated which gets to me when i mirror to my tv i love the hd station dock its like having a smart tv and this is what pulled me to this phone i originally wanted the epic touch or a iphone but after using all those devices i would still choose the photon videos and photos are good the only reason not to get this phone is over the display but if your in the sun its still visible so it makes up for the time to time pixalation

just ok

OK this phone is great don't get me wrong but I just think it is behind some of the best phones. The screen is pentine which is OK if you have a really good pixel count but this; be doesn't so its pi elated I used to have a flip phone with great battery life and this one might be good for a smartphone but not for me everything else its fine you may have to get a custion UI from android market because of lag but otherwise the phje is lovly

Phenomenal phone: everything I was hoping for!

Posted on: March 9th, 2012 by Kelly HumanGoogle Risius

I have no complaints with this phone. Really, it just WORKS. Fun to use, nice interface, PHENOMENAL battery life (I average 13 hrs per charge, and I use the hell out of my phone), very responsive... This is the first Android phone I've owned (of 7) that I think will make it the full 2 years until my upgrade without me starting to absolutely hate it.
