The good: Small in size. The internet is fast. The bad: Cheaply made, Has some software glitches that leave you thinking why did that happen. The software is slow and laggy. It does not get loud enough for alarms or for ringer. the calandar is hard to use and hard to view upcoming events. And many many more.Summary: This is most likly the next "razr" that everyone is going to have to have. In my opinion, if you need a PDA please step up and get a blackberry or a palm treo or something like that, otherwise leave the Q at the store.
