great phone except the keypad

The good: GREAT sound quality, durable, good display, acceptable battery life. The bad: keypad, cameraSummary: Best sounding phone I've owned. Very durable, display is nice, menu system good. Keypad misses keystrokes if you try to type fast when sending TXT messages. Camera is OK but picture quality is lacking. 2.0 MPixels doesn't translate to good pictures if the lens is a 2 cent piece of plastic. Battery wears down faster than normal if you leave bluetooth turned on.

Overall I give it "EH.."

The good: Durable, Picture Quality, Texting feature, Easy to open menus, loud speaker located on the back, Camera Flash equal to normal camera. The bad: Cell reception is not the greatest. Without up grade after the first few months the service is a maybe. The Focus button on the camera takes more than 5 seconds at times. The phone will "lag" if dropped a couple of times. Touch Screen Feature it's a true Touch Screen takes a few seconds to load up. Battery Life is horrible as most Motorolas are (3.5 hours at best). The Speaker phone option; Sounds fantastic on your end but if you use it to talk a lot good luck with anyone else hearing you on thSummary: I have owned the motorola RAZR-maxx ve for almost a year. the phone is durable and takes a fall or two very well with the body style. though the features tend to slow down after the first drop. i have to turn off the phone every few days or else the phone seems to slow down completely and effects my service. I have ordered 2 new batteries for the phone sense i have owned it. Also the screen has a small shake to it sometimes and it's not from dropping it, it's been sense i've owned it. Overall experience with the RAZR is that i will never own another motorola. unless they fix the battery issues, and design something that will work faster.
