"Not so good"
The good: The phone is very easy to use, and has all the features I want except a qwerty keyboard. The bad: I have had the phone about 1 month. The alarm will go off sometimes when set, and sometimes while going off it cannot be shut off unless I turn the phone off. When sending an outgoing message, the phone will freeze up sometimes, and I have to press end call repeatedly to get back to the home screen. The battery life is not good either.
