"Emergency Only!"
The good: I love the phone. It really has great features and the size is just right. The bad: I am unable to use my phone after having it for only 5 months. EMERGENCY ONLY shows on screen. I sent it for repair twice and it is still not working. Verizon says is the CHIP on the unit, but it's not willing to change it. I wish I didn't have this problem...
