"Okay, but could be better"
The good: Design is good, not too heavyThe bad: No camera, can not add ringtonesSummary: This phone is MP3 ringtone capable, which is a plus, but the downside is that if you use Tracfone and want this phone, don't plan on adding personal MP3 ringtones. i ordered this phone from Tracfone because this phone is capable of being plugged into a PC with a mini usb cable to put personal ringtones on it, and I couldn't get it to work. I called Motorola themselves to find out what I was doing wrong, and Motorola told me to get a hold of Tracfone because Tracfones disables that feature. I called Tracfone and they told me that yes, they do disable that feature, because they want you to pay for their ringtones that they have on their website. I ended up sending this phone back to them, but not because of the ringtone issue.
