"Nice but . . ."
The good: Lite weight and good battery life. Blue tooth works great in car with dealer hands free device.The bad: Back cover slips off very easy causing the battery to fall out. Good volume but unless you hold it just right, you won't hear anything.Summary: T-Mobile worked flawlessly getting me the phone and helping me set it up. Overall this is not a bad phone, but in the future I will go into a store rather than purchase over the Internet so I can make live comparisons.My only real dissapointment is the design of the ear piece. Unless you hold the phone at a certain angle you won't hear the caller.
