The good: doesn't matter. The bad: No battery life whatsoever.They had to replace the battery three times in 4 months.Also the battery heats up to the point that it burns your ear.It drops calls or shuts off completely.The phone has been replaced with a "refurbished" one,but the problems persist.Also, the customer service at Nokia is very very POOR!
