The good: Sounded good on paper. Has lots of features. Custormer service was friendly yet not able to help resolve issues both in US and in Germany. Custormer service was helpful when I sent it back for a refund. The bad: Would not pick up European SIM card initailly. Inconsistent connection. Very unreliable. Too many issues which could not be overcome. Summary: Despite being Quad band it was not consistent in service.
