"STAY AWAY FROM THIS POS"
The good: NONE. The bad: Every single thing about this "phone" is horrible and does not work. Summary: The phone goes offline for no reason, shuts off, deletes contacts, freezes, and simply DOES NOT WORK. NEVER get the palm pre. STAY AWAY. I am just waiting for the contract to end so I can switch to AT&T
