The good: Message threading, gesture area, web os, pandora, fandango The bad: none that i know of. i can deal with anything since i have used the phone. Summary: I haven't heard anything about the battery life from my "expert", but that doesn't mean that it's not being fixed if there is a problem with it. I know someone who works for Palm that has been using it since it's creation and I am in close contact...I am AMAZED at this phone and it's capabilities.
