Battery life (data sync/disable background data you'll be fine)-Summary: First, let me state that I work for TMO. I won a contest and had my choice between the Cliq, MyTouch, or the B2. I am soooo happy I chose this phone. It does have it's bugs but honestly every phone does! It's all about personal preference. I love playing games, due to the quality of the screen. YouTube is fantastic and the TV is a major plus. If you're looking for a good looking, good feeling, fun android device, this is def. for you! If you're looking for a PDA...buy a BB. (Which I sold my 9700 b/c again, it's about p.pref.)
