4G is back in the house! Aaron reviews the Samsung DROID Charge , Verizon's second 4G LTE phone. Shown off at CES, the Charge offers a 1 GHz Hummingbird processor, 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, 8-megapixel camera, front-facing camera, and Android 2.2 with Samsung's TouchWiz user interface.
