An Epic 4G Phone

Posted on: August 4th, 2012 by Anonymous

When it came time to upgrade from my HTC Droid Incredible, I looked for something that had 4G coverage and was an upgrade from the Incredible. And that's a hard challenge as the Incredible was Incredible. But here is the Galaxy SII Epic 4G. Actual 4G coverage w/ Sprint (unlike Sprint's Galaxy SIII, Galaxy Nexus 4g LTE and HTC EVO 4G LTE), a dynamic AMOLED screen, big size that fits in your hand real well and great battery life (I've been able to not charged for 10 hours as opposed to the 7 hrs advertised). And now running ICS and soon to be Jelleybean, this is a phone that's on par w/ the 4G LTE phones out there.

Great Phone

Posted on: August 2nd, 2012 by Anish Sethi

It is an awesome phone, but it could do better on battery, display, and their 4G Wi/Max penetrating through walls. I couldn't even get 4G in my car, while outside it was working fine.

Awesome phone

Posted on: May 31st, 2012 by Anonymous

I live in west Covina ca. And my WiMAX 4g speed are 7-10 mbps which is great! And the 4.52 inch display if very bright and vivid. Lu's the contrast is insane. Also great design. Average battery life with 1,850 Mah. The display sucks the juice out my battery, plus stand by time lacks of effort. Thank you

Reliable

Great rom and community support, still a good device even with all the higher clocked, nicer screened devices out there, don't regret purchasing it

Best Phone out Right Now

Posted on: May 18th, 2012 by George Isenhart

I previously owned the Epic 4G which was an awesome phone and now Samsung has done it again, Great display, great battery life took it 14 hours to get just under half full and I was using it quite a bit too, I would recommend this phone to anybody, it's all I've ever hoped for in a phone and more.

To me this phone is almost perfect, good reception and call quality, no lag, sweet big display, good battery life, really good camera, nice custom UI, and all it needs now is the ICS update and it will be perfect. Bring it already Samsumg
