"GREAT PHONE & WIFI!"
The good: Wifi - don't have to pay pda plans. Battery lasts a long time due to saver features. Mouse, touch screen and keyboard.The bad: Have some trouble with ring tone not being loud enough to be heard. Wifi setup instructions are insufficient.Summary: I bought this phone because I didn't want to pay for a pda plan. Had some trouble getting the wifi to connect correctly, even with all of the info I found on the net. AT&T was not helpful. I contacted Samsung directly and was put through to 2nd level support - five minutes later it is up and running and no problems since!This is by far the most flexible, coolest phone device I have ever owned.
