"Its only selling feature is ICS."

Not liking the TI OMAP processor, and it doesn't have the build quality.

"The best phone I've ever had"

After having 7 Android devices, two iPod Touch's and messing around with a HTC Titan, I feel fairly well rounded with mobile OS's. Here's my breakdown of the Galaxy Nexus (unlocked version, since I have T-Mobile). 1. The screen is absolutely gorgeous. It makes the retina display on my iPod look horrible. Watching videos is especially immersive when the buttons disappear and the video takes up the entire screen. I actually use this phone more for movies than my tablet now. 2. Battery... more...

"Best Android phone out!"

The Samsung Galaxy Nexus is by far the best phone available. ICS (4.0) is amazing, as is the skinless, vanilla Android OS. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this phone!

"Great phone but battery life sux"

Coming from the OG DROID, this phone is great. Things that I was apprehensive about before buying the GN. 1) battery life 2) signal strength 3) camera 4) user experience with ICS. 5) GPS. Once I had the phone I found out that 1) battery life really is bad. I can get a good 6-8 hrs on a single charge. That doesn't do it for me. I would like the phone to last me a day which it doesn't. 2) Signal strength indicator isn't impressive (get about 2 bars of LTE) but that doesn't mean that call... more...

"ICS is the greatest thing to ever happen for Android"

Being an owner of this device for about a month now, I believe I can give an accurate review on the phone. The operating system, Ice Cream Sandwich is absolutely AMAZING! It is my favorite feature for this device. It is love at first sight with ICS, and it was such an easy transition from the iPhone 4. Moving on to the form factor, and overall design, I believe Samsung could've made a bigger effort in terms of quality, based on their 300 US dollar budget. The screen is the most incredible... more...

"This phone did everything I expected and more."

With the extended battery this phone can be everything you want. Slim, sleek and powerful. Not to mention the 4g LTE that Apple has yet to provide when they could have included it without a problem.

"Best phone I have had so far"

Love the phone especially stock Android, but I wish it had better battery life and had a metal casing instead of plastic.

"Fast updates and stellar software = AMAZING"

With the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, you will receive fast updates straight from Google. No long waits for software updates at all. Not to mention how fast the phone is (Dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9 TI OMAP 4460). Android 4.0 is also a beauty. Just buy this phone and you won't be disappointed.

Samsung Galaxy Nexus Written Review by Taylor

Samsung Galaxy Nexus Written...
Through all of the hundreds of Android phones that have released in the past year, the Galaxy Nexus is easily one of the most highly anticipated and notable that we at PhoneDog have had a chance to review. It's big, slim and stylish, and it comes packed with some of the best specifications we've seen in a handset to date. Officially, you can only purchase it through Verizon in the United States, but through other resellers, you can purchase an unsubsidized, unlocked GSM version that... more...
