"Still the best Android phone available on AT&T until the One X arrives"
Although it was eclipsed by the Skyrocket about a month after it was released, I still find this phone to be superior to the Skyrocket, or even to the eventually coming Skyrocket HD for a few different reasons: 1. Display- Although the Skyrocket has a larger display it has the same resolution as the original S II, meaning it is less sharp. Not to mention I have heard many reports about the quality of the display not being good at all (banding, other issues) 2. The Processor- Although the... more...

"Great phone"
This phone is awesome. The display is bright, ergonomics are fanstatic(fits nicely in a shirt pocket) light weight and thin. Truthfully I had no idea what I would think of this phone. I researched on and off for a month looking for a decent priced dual core device. Needless to say, I was not disappointed.

"The Galaxy S II is a pretty good phone and should suffice for most people who want an easy, fluid experience."
The Super AMOLED display on the Galaxy S II is just short of exquisite, with the only slight complaint being the blacks; I feel as if they could be a tad darker to really provide more contrast, but that's just me being picky. Also, the 4.3 inch screen really just adds more beauty and functionality to the display. All in all, the display is gorgeous and provides vivid, saturated colors and a lot of contrast. The display is really something special that many users will find to be more than... more...

"Best phone of 2011 and still in 2012 (so far)"
At first I was hesitant about getting a samsung phone, but my geek side won out because of the impressive specs this thing is packing. The 4.3 inch Super amoled screen is gourgous and the viewing angles including when outside and perfect. The camera is good enough that I don't have to carry a point and shoot. And the the 1.2 Exyons processor I never have any time of slow down or lag. Even when comparing it to my Iphone 4s and moto Atrix.

"It's a pocket power house :)"
AT&T galaxy s2 is the closest brother to the international version. It packs the same exynos processor which is powering the Galaxy Note. 1 GB RAM and the exynos processor, this thing just flies!! and also that brilliant super AMOLED screen with super vivid colours and awesome contrast ratio. Display just pops out. It is soon going to be updated to ICS. Also it has an expandable micro SD card slot which makes it much better than Galaxy Nexus. Also it has a brilliant camera. So it is perfectly... more...

AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II Video Review Part 2
We've waited, waited, and waited some more, and roughly seven months after the international announcement, Samsung's Galaxy S II series has arrived in the States. Coming on October 2nd, AT&T's version is the Galaxy S II , and it offers a 1.2 GHz dual-core Exynos processor, 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display (480x800 pixels), 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording capabilities, a front-facing camera for video calling (and the occasional self portrait), and Android 2.3.4... more...

"All around great phone."
Great battery life. Doesn't use it as fast as the GSII Skyrocket or Epic 4G.
