"Trouble activating"
The good: Reasonable price, fast EVDO access, good sound quality, Easy to use menu. The bad: GPS freezes frequently, you can miss an exit. Not multitouch screen, lacks the finesse of the iPhone screen. I had trouble w/activation - took 3 days to get the data working! Summary: I wanted an iPhone but all my family uses Sprint, I need to stick to Sprint. So I waited.
