"Samsung Instinct SUCKS Out Loud!!!"
The good: User friendlyThe bad: Not wear and tear friendly, If you are not even hard on a cell phone, then You as well will AGREE this phone sucks! I had to file three insurance claims within six months after the initial (first) Instinct I purchased due to this phone not working properly, or the screen getting cracked/broke.Summary: Save yourself the money and hassle of having to file insurance claims to replace this phone, (I mean piece of junk.) In my opinion a phone that is this expensive should be able to handle your everyday normal wear and tear, the Instinct cannot and does NOT!!
