The good: Pretty fast, GPS and the apps working hand and hand together, bright and sharp display, speaker phone great, great blue tooth controls, android device so access to thousands of apps. So many more great features to list. The bad: Voice command can sometimes be fustrating at times.Battery could be better but not too bad.Summary: Over all, this is one of the greatest phones I had and seen. 800mhz really makes a difference when compaired to the other phones. A must have for sprint customers

I dare you to find a reasonable flaw with this phone.

The good: Easy Texting on both physical keyboard and on screen. There are apps to download for free that can fix almost any problem with the software in the phone.Astounding screen clarity. Browses the web as good as a mac book. WIFI allows you to browse internet even faster and save a bit of battery. The bad: Battery life is short until good apps are downloaded and GPS and other aspects turned off. Does not have external alert for text messages.Summary: I purchased this phone two weeks ago after debating between the HTC Hero and the Moment ( much like everyone else). So i decided not to come to a final decision til i had hands on experience with both in the store. After messing with both i came to the conclusion that they were relatively the same.It just seemed the Moment was much faster at browsing the web and better to text with. Seeing as i mostly text and browse the web it was a no brainer for me. I quickly discovered that battery life drained on this phone faster then any phone ive ever seen. So i turned off the wifi and GPS on it and a few other things and now it can go a day without charging at all. The only major flaw with this phone is that when the screen is locked, when i receive a text it rings but there is no external display meaning, if I dont hear it, then i wont know i have a text until i just got to "messages". Thats a big problem with me since i listen to my Ipod alot. Other then that, I'd have to say this is almost the perfect phone for the casual uses of texting and web browsing and other typical aspects of phones. I honestly believe this is an amazing phone for anyone no matter what their main use for their phone is. I say that because i cannot find a flaw that prevents the full use of every feature of the phone.
