The good: Good phone for playing house when you six. You can change the cover too, that's always cute. The bad: MEMORY CANNOT BE ERASED. PHONE DOES NOT LAST. MUSIC IS RIDICULOUSLY HARD TO GET ON THE PHONE OR INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE. CANNOT TRANSPORT ANY FILE OTHER THAN MUSIC TO A COMPUTER OR ANYTHING ELSE. Google search SCH-r500.
