Can't copy all to sim card

Posted on: April 10th, 2008 by Ryan Ryan

The good: Great phone, slim, big screen love itThe bad: You can't copy all your contacts to from the phone to the sim card.Summary: Make sure you select save to sim for phone book memory so if it breaks you don't loose your contacts. If you have broken something like the screen or just got a new phone, there is a way that you can send your contacts via bluetooth. First you have to turn your bluetooth on if it isn't already. You can do this by hitting the top left soft key (the menu key) and then typing 9-6-1 then hitting top left soft key (select) this will turn bluetooth on or off. Then hit the end call button to go back to the wallpaper screen. From here press the down arrow button, then top left soft key (options)-1-top left soft key (options)-5-3-2-top left soft key(select) this seaches for bluetooth devices then you scroll down to the one you want, which may take some guess work if your screen is broke, and hit the top left soft key (select) and all of your contacts should transfer. I hope this takes the guess work out of it and saves a lot of time for some one.

Great phone for a year

Posted on: November 15th, 2007 by Deb Jackson

The good: This phone was a very easy to use phone and I enjoyed the slim and light weight feature. The bad: The battery would not hold a charge shortly after a year and, of course, was out of warranty and I had to buy a new phone.Summary: I was very please with the phone until the battery would not hold a charge. I purchased a new battery and that was not the problem so it has to do with the charger port. I would not recommend this phone as I expect to use a phone longer than a year when you pay that much money for it.

samsung t 509

Posted on: November 4th, 2006 by Keeli Stacy

The good: This is a nice phone. It takes great pictures and has frames and effects you can do to the pictures you have already taken or before taking the pictures. You can change the font color and size for when calling people. Also the phone is very thin and can be carried in pockets very easily. This phone has one touch dialing for 8 phone numbers and voice mail but no more than that.On the screen you can see the date, time, signal, battery amount, and whatever wallpaper you have. The bad: The screen scratches very easily and you have to wipe it off becaue of fingerprints and dust all the time. If you accidenally press the top right button you go to the web site thing that T-moble has and you are charged a fee of $1.49 on the monthly bill. The "phone jack" is very unique and therefore you cannot find anything to charge the phone with except what comes in the box. My phone's jack stopped working and i could not charge the phone up so it just died. Now I must go pay for a new phone.Summary: If you need a phone that works well and has pretty good reception and takes great pictures this is the phone for you. If you use the phone all the time and need a phone with a long battery life this is not a good phone for you.

Samsung 509

Posted on: October 6th, 2006 by Anonymous

The good: The phone is slim and the screen is wide. The bad: The charger port is hard to connect very well. It doesn't mesh well. Even though I purchased the car charger from the cell phone store that I made my phone purchase. It has been a pain to deal with it. The phones will not charge consistantly.Summary: In my opinion, Samsung makes a nice phone whose "weakest link" is the charger port. It needs to be reconfigured. A new type of charge port like the Nokia brands needs to be implemented. It is annoying when you constantly trying to connect the charger with the port and don't get desirable results.

Very Slick Yet Something Missing

Posted on: September 26th, 2006 by Joe Jun

The good: Slim Design, Great crisp Display, Numberpad is easy to use, and anti-dust cover for the head set jack. The bad: Can not Use MP3 as ringtone, Camera has no flash, and low resolution, Lack of Auto focus, and difficult to hear the other party in Public placesSummary: This Phone followes the great design of the Razor V3, by incorporating the the slimness of the phone. But the question of not being able to use this phone as an MP3 ( Like the Moto SLVER) puts a damper on the use. For the basic use of calling and some occational todo list, it will do the job.

The good: Sleek,Nice screen, good camera, thinThe bad: screen scratches easilySummary: Let me say that I love this phone, not only because it is small and thin, but it is an overall good phone. The screen is plenty big enough and has a good resolution.

Solid Phone

Posted on: August 4th, 2006 by Anonymous

The good: This phone has a very slim profile, nearly all functions of top of the line phones (camera, speaker, bluetooth). The bad: Unless you have great hearing (which I happen to have), I would advise going into a local T-Mobile retail shop and actually using the phone before purchase; you may be disappointed in the volume of the sound from the earpeice. Summary: I personally really enjoy the phone, but I would caution anyone to try it before you buy it. It has beautiful display and great feel.
