"New Phone"
The good: It has the video capability and the ringer is loud enough to hear even when it is not set on high The bad: Only has availability for 9 speed dial numbers, and not 100% compatible with universal headsets Summary: My husband picked this phone up for me and I love the look, the video is easy to use and I like having the option of using the speaker phone.
