Noah's Sony Ericsson W580i Carbon Grey review
My wife has used a Samsung T809 ever since we signed a service contract a year and a half ago and she got one for free (after rebate, of course). She really liked the phone's sleek slider profile, big, bold display, and overall cool factor. Mind you, she's not a geek in any sense of the word - she's got style and so did her T809. But the T809 broke a few months ago and she'd been using one of my extras until the Sony Ericsson w580i arrived at our place. Lots and... more...

The good: easy to use, battery life, music player, bright, volumeThe bad: bulky, keys, placement of keys, cameraSummary: I've had this phone for about 2 years and i guess i would reccomend it to somebody. I like the battery a lot!!! I text all day and talk a lot and it's still half full by the end of the day if it was fully charged. The battery charges very quick too. What I don't like about it is that you can't change the side lights permanently, just for certain contacts. The keys are very small and 2 of mine are cracked down the middle and could easily be peeled off. It is also kind of bulky, not heavy, just bulky. I also don't like that when I'm texting and i go to erase something, that it is very easy to accidently press the button that takes you to the internet; thats very frustrating. I do like the music player, even though i don't use it that much, but i still like it because it can hold full songs. The menu isn't hard to use at all; easy to manuever around. The phone's screen can be adjusted when it comes to brightness, so that's nice. The volume can get very loud so i usually keep it on 2 or 3 because thats loud enough for me and im 13. The last thing that i dont like about this phone is that the camera is only 2 megapixel, so you can't zoom very far. But all in all i had a good experience with this phone and it has been the best one out of 3 others that i have had.
