"Horrible"
The good: Great design The bad: Flawed model Summary: I loved this phone except for the fact that it stoped working a few months after purchase. Had it replaced twice under warranty and both times the brand new phone just stopped working randomly on its own. Screen goes white and after a few days goes black and is non responsive. "Good battery life, unreliable software, camera button is crazy"
The good: The battery life is impressive. Usually pairs with my Bluetooth headset. The bad: Software crashes too often. Does not always ring when receiving a call. Camera takes pictures of my pocket. "stinks"
The good: lots of features, voice activated calling, camera/video phone, web browser, mp3 ringtones The bad: not a durable phone, difficult interface when compared to my motorola 720... "Great phone....HUGE problems"
The good: a lot of different features including video camera and bluetooth, can record own ringtones and conversations. Extremely long battery life. good call quality. extra features are easy to find. The bad: Breaks extremely easy. pictures from camera can come out grainy. The good: Great features such as video camera. The bad: Not a very good battery. Summary: I really like the format of the phone, it is very easy to use. I also like being able to record ringtones and send videos on my phone. The only bad thing about the phone is the battery,I had to replace it.report

"Great Phone, Full of Features"
The good: Video Camera, Ease of File Transfer via Bluetooth, and battery life is exceptional. The bad: poor quality still camera. only 2x magnification, not 4x as described on camera. Summary: Great overall phone for people who want a cell phone, but only a few extras. This phone has great reception in rural areas, but lacks in the image quality department. "Good Phone"
The good: lots of toys included The bad: bad camera and camera button can be turned on accidentlly Summary: I like the size of this phone and most of the extras that were included. The Sony Erissson Z520a is a pretty nice phone, good sound, lots of ringtones included and some games to keep you occupied. The only downfall I have found is the camera it takes lousy pictures and video though the sound is pretty good. Overall it's a pretty good phone.report

"Great Phone - Lots of gadgets"
The good: Bluetooth friendly - can be synced up to any bluetooth based technology... Loves the Ibook. Pic and video, speakerphone, games and music The bad: poor reception Summary: The SonyEricsson Z520a is a good phone with fair pic and video quality (for a phone...), but the reception issues in having the antenna built into the place you put your hand when using is very annoying. If you plan on using your Bluetooth, this is a great item.report

"Best phone I've ever had! "
The good: It has a camera feature. All the messenging services you need. It comes with 4 games and many programs that are easy to use and has a lightup funtion around the keypad. The good: Phone is very light and easy to use. It has all of the necessary key features and lots of extras. The bad: External camera button is a pain because I am always taking pictures of the inside of my pocket or purse that I have to delete. The good: Compact, durable, loud volume, camera phone, videos, lighted key pad, several different ring tones and effects come programmed on the phone already, and it's an overall easy phone to operate. "White screen"
