The good: NOTHING, Unless you're 14 and like to text and email all day.The bad: EVERYTHING is terrible with this PDA, this is the WORST "CELL PHONE" ever made including the 750 which I now have. Summary: I have had the 700/750 when I switched carriers because my company made me flip from T-Mobile/Motorrola 850 which I loved and NEVER had problems.The Treo drops 10 calls per day in any environment, miss 50% of my incoming calls, must enter password and unlock phone just to make a call/email (ridiculous company policy), I have to re-start it 5 times a day because it constantly locks up, the functionality as a "phone" is the worst...EVER.
I need this phone to be reliable and be a phone first, email second, that's it and it doesn't do the basics well.
DO NOT BUY THE TREO, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS ABOUT THE CURVE/BERRY AND AM LOOKING INTO WAYS TO SWITCH THIS OUT FOR IT ASAP.
