Re: time to update my phone on T mobile what do I get??!!

Coming from a Sidekick, with one of the best keyboards on the planet (IMO), I think you'll be disappointed using SureType on a Flip. So, I'd rule that out.  I have an Eternity on my AT&T account, and it's a cousin to the Behold.  There isn't much not to like about it, however, you may find that your e-mail accounts are limited to what T-Mobile provides through their e-mail interface. A "master code" has been published around the...
CAN YOU PLEASE RANK THESE PHONES IN YOUR PREFERENCE ORDER??and maybe state why, if you can.(1) T-Mobile G1, (2) Blackberry Strom (touchscreen), (3) New Apple Iphone, (4) Blackberry Bold, (5) Blackberry Curve.Thank you.
My Preference:1) BlackBerry Curve.  It's been around long enough to finally (depending upon how you get your OS upgrades) have a good, stable OS on it. The keyboard's hard to beat, and BB push...

Re: Heard it on twitter: Rumors about T-Mobile's April 21 launch event

    I'm going with:
3G Sidekick with Wi-Fi, the Android OS, BlackBerry Internet Service for e-mail, a direct link/buy app with Amazon's music, a 2800MA battery, 8MP camera, and UMA calling. Where do I sign up? :)

Re: AT&T Quickfire - Full Review

This appears to be yet another phone that makes you wonder if the designers actually use a messaging phone (or any phone for that matter). We (the gadget addicted folks that collect more phones than any normal person should have) have no problem very quickly identifying short-comings, and deal-breakers, in any number of phones, and yet the developers and engineers apparently find them perfectly usable. As a couple quick examples: The iPhone with no landscape keyboard, and no user-replaceable battery. The Eternity (one of my personal favorites, BTW) with no way to e-mail an attached photo. The G1 with horrible battery life, hinky wi-fi, and a "chin" that gets in the way of typing. The original HTC Touch with deplorable overall performance, screen display lag, etc. Resistive touch screen phones in general (why would anyone think this is still a good idea?) As Noah always says, what I find annoying, others may find to be no problem, but clearly, we likely *all* have ideas about what would make an otherwise half-baked device a virtually perfect phone, and yet, the people that make them can't figure that out. I'm carrying three active devices to get what I feel is the best of all worlds, but that shouldn't be necessary. Or, maybe the masses of typical users have no problems at all?
