Tom Klein is the President and Co-Founder of PhoneDog.com. Established in June of 2001, co- founders Tom Klein and Andre Refay have developed the site with a simple philosophy in mind: to provide the consumer with un-biased reviews and interesting content within the telecom industry.

Along with running the day-to-day operations of PhoneDog.com, I am continually listening to our PhoneDog Fans to improve the site and develop more interactive features. We have a lot planned, so visit us often.
