CONS
The small screen makes it hard to use the internet browser but u can zoom in.

SUMMARY
Overall i like this phone, its well made, has a very good interface and has a sharp screen. but if you are one with large fingers you will half to do a lot of zooming. so over all this phone is well made feels good in the hand and if i had to rate it i would give it a 4 out of 5.

Front, side, back pocket and the clip ons are comfortable. Secondnly, the option to use a larger print on keyboard and homepage with the time of day.

CONS
1. Calendar options don't allow the first page to be a monthly view. You have to go to Menue, then View,and then u can choose wether u want daily, weekly or monthly. Too many steps.
2. Phone battery dosen't stay charged long, even with all data comm. in off position.
3. Too many steps to foward a text message. And Still have not been able to foward a text. The option to foward or save a text s/b write there. Its not.
4. Alarm clock only allows three alarms times. when I need FOUR a

The Touch Diamond is not User Frienly. There are too many steps to go through to get to any one operation. Not recommended for people who enjoy checking there phone for recent updates while driving. Even if your stopped at a red light. But, hey, it's not like I haven't been trying all along.  In the meantime, here's a teaser:  The Sprint Touch Diamond runs WM and TouchFlo 3D like a champ, but it gets quite warm and I had a few reception/call quality issues with it.

With a new customized Web browser on both the Touch and Pro, customers can expect "easy viewing and effortless navigation" of websites along with zoom and pan functions.  Behind their 2.8 inch high-resolution VGA displays, additional features include a customized, HTC-developed YouTube application for watching user-generated video content; and quick access to Sprint TVSM with an extensive selection of live and on demand video. It boasts a 3.2 MP camera/camcorder with auto focus and access to Sprint Picture MailSM to easily share images.

Looks like we'll see the Touch Diamond by the middle of this month (that'd be September) at an on-contract/after rebate price of $249.99.  Rumors are pointing to Sunday the 14th as the exact date, as Sprint seems to have a thing for releasing new phones on Sundays.  Touch Pro (basically Touch Diamond with a slide-out QWERTY board) will supposedly drop on October 19 at a cost of $329.99 after rebate when you sign on for two years of service.

In any event, you'll soon be able to get your TouchFLO 3D, Windows Mobile 6.1, 4GB of storage, 3.2 MP camera, Opera browser, EV-DO Rev. A and WiFi groove on, CDMA-style.  Woo-hoo!
