It is very easy to use.<p/><b>CONS</b><br/>I wish I did have a flip phone.  I sometime forget to put the key guard on.  I will sometimes forget and it will dial numbers.<p/><b>SUMMARY</b><br/>I do like the size and it is a very good phone.  It is easy to use.  I like to have a phone that is easy and not very complicated. Now verizon has great service but with this phone my reception is sort of staticy. I like the fact that the phone seems to fit any where and the weight is almost non existant. One of it's best features is it's ability to find contacts simply by typing in their name. (So if I wanted to call someone who's name was Bob I would find it by entering 262 and he's there on the screen.)  It's like having a speed dial for all of my contacts.  This phone also recovers well.  I was pushed into a pool with my phone, but after I let it dry out for a few days it worked fine and still does.
