The user's manual isn't very helpful. It doesn't explain how to use all of the features. The phone is limited in its ability to pick up a signal - VERY disappointing. I wish I could find an accessory that would boost a weak signal.

SUMMARY
I bought this phone mostly for emergency communications. I can stand next to someone with a different phone model but the same carrier and not get as good of a signal. The off button got stuck and now all the phone does is turn off and on, I cant even make a call, in other words affordability spells really cheap.
