The cell phone is very thin so that one can place it in their jeans pocket easily. It is very sleek and polished. It has good music and video. The bluetooth is very nice feature. The phone is acceptable for its purpose. I would say its a pretty decent non-flip phone. It has all the standard features of most cell phones plus bluetooth. I did find that I had no luck trying to connect my phone to another phone via bluetooth. Also eveytime I recieve and check my voicemail, it would recieve a phantom text message. The keys are much too small, if you have large fingers like me, you will have a hard time getting the right numbers in, especially if you are texting. The camera in it is pretty crappy, but what can you expect from a phone?

This is a GREAT phone for look, not as practical though. If you want something to show off to your friends, this is the one for you. If you want something that is practical... for sure don't pick this devise up. The battery life on mine is horrible, but thats natural for something with all the bells and whistles. I could not decide whether to get this phone or the RAZR. I have had great service with this phone. Sometimes I wished I had got a more compact phone, but overall its been a very good phone.
