The razr is a great starter phone!!! It was my first cell phone. It was very easy to use and it got me used to cell phones. It's not caveman-like were you only use it to talk, it has some games and you can text easily. The one I have is so old they dont sell them any more. It was the kind before the v3, but they are basically the same phone!!! My biggest problem was that the paint came of it when it got water on it, even if it was a tiny bit(i had the black one). I have kept a cover on it, but for the past month it has't worn one. Now that I have had it for years and its just starting to act up, but just a little bit. I will get a new phone in a week or two.

In general, I like my RAZR . It has a great speaker unlike phones that I have had in the past. It holds a charge and gets freat reception. The phone however is very fragile and I am afraid it will break. All in all it is a bery good phone.

This is a great little phone. It is very sturdy-I have dropped it serveral times and it keeps on working. It is very slim so you can tuck it anywhere. The display is big and easy to read. The battery last for days. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone.

must hold phone slightly away from ear or you can not hear.

The size is a big plus for me. The phone being flat it makes it harder for it to fall from a table desk etc. Was ease to use. Camera function is fine for a cell phone.

This is a great phone for anyone used to keeping their phone in their pocket, or small purse. It is easy to customize and is very visually appealing. However, for a Motorola phone I did expect it to have several more wallpapers and more unique ringtones.

This is a nice phone that is lightweight, has a nice style, has unique ringtones, picture messaging, and many other features. The pros are it has speakerphone, is a flip phone that is very skinny, has a bright color screen, comes with a good camera phone. The cons are it can get scratched very easily and it doesn't hold a charge very long.

The razr v3 is a great quality phone. I haven't had a problem with it since I got it last year. The camera quality is decent, but the video only records for about 10 sec max. The buttons are easy to press, decent sounds and vibrator. The phone is capable of playing mp3s and allows you to set it as your ringtone.

The phone is great. It is very customizeable. I love the calendar feature. I use it daily to check my schedule. I purchased additional software to sync to my computer. Other than a short battery life, I love the phone and have no need for an update any time soon.

SUMMARY
I decided to update my cell phone from a Motorola V188. I chose the RAZR V3 because I wanted a phone with a little more substance to it than the micro phones on the market today. I was pleasantly surprised when the phone arrived only two days after placing my order. It is light.....really light. But you don't feel like you're going to break it by using it. It feels sturdy when open for a call....the hinge seems like it's good quality. The display provides a vibrant and colorful experience. I have been downloading new wallpapers and ringtones from my own PC to it using a program from Susteen. I did have to provide my own cable for this, but a regular USB with a mini connector is perfect and can be bought just about anywhere. I love the fact that I can charge it from the PC, or the travel charger. The user interface is very nicely done. The buttons are all on one piece of metal that has been etched by acid so that it's backlight can shine through. It is very easy to use and carry. There are several holsters and pouches that you can get for it at a reasonable price. It's speaker is very loud for a cell phone. The MP3's that I put on it for ring tones come through crystal clear. It will hold quite a bit of information....I haven't filled it up yet. Reception is better than any cell I've used and reaches places my old phone from the same service couldn't get to. I like the mini display on the outside of the casing. It's picture isn't the best quality, but for what it is, it's not bad. The camera takes great pictures although the shutter speed leaves something to be desired. All in all, the best phone I've used.
