For the first time, the Samsung Galaxy Note II has a serious competitor.  The tablet phone space is now home to two high-end devices: the Note II and the LG Optimus G Pro.  Available on AT&T in the US, the Optimus G Pro packs a 1.7 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 CPU, 5.5-inch 1080p HD display, 2 GB of RAM, 13-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 3,140 mAh battery, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.  The Galaxy Note II is powered by a 1.6 GHz quad-core Exynos processor, 5.5-inch Super AMOLED HD display, 2 GB of RAM, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 3,100 mAh battery, and Android 4.1 with TouchWiz.

The Optimus G Pro has some great specs, but it's limited by the exclusivity on AT&T.  The Galaxy Note II is an incredible device with a wealth of great software features, and the multi-carrier availability is quite attractive.  That said, the hardware of the Optimus G Pro bests it in most categories.  Which one is the best?
