After months of waiting, new webOS hardware is available on a nationwide carrier.  That said, it's TINY!  Aaron reviews the HP Veer 4G, and despite its size, it's no slouch.  Sporting an 800 MHz processor, it offers a 2.6-inch display, 5-megapixel camera, webOS 2.1, and a full QWERTY keyboard that's surprisingly easy to use.  It's available now at AT&T for $99.99 with a two-year agreement.

HP webOS fans will be happy to see something new out there, but due to the size, most people will probably gravatate towards the carrier's other high-end smartphones (Infuse 4G, Atrix 4G, and iPhone 4, just to name a few).  Can this pint-sized webOS smartphone hold its own in an increasingly competitive smartphone landscape?  We'll find out.  Part 2 of 2.
