In this video, we're talking about some of the quirks of HTC Sense 5.  Prior to using the HTC One, I was working with the Samsung Galaxy Note II on a regular basis.  It's always hard to switch from one device to another - you get used to the menus, shortcuts, and the like that your respective device offers.  The build quality is great and I appreciate HTC Sense 5, but there are a few quirks that I've found in the UI.  I know they've worked hard to make Sense as easy as possible for the mainstream consumer, but I find that some of these software changes make it harder, not necessarily easier.
