Aaron takes a look at the global variant of the HTC One S, one of the three Android phones HTC announced at Mobile World Congress earlier in the year.  The HTC One S is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 CPU and offers a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display (540x960 pixels), 8-megapixel shooter with 1080p HD video recording, a front-facing camera, 1,650 mAh non-removable battery, and Android 4.0 with HTC Sense 4.  The One S will be coming soon to T-Mobile USA, and will support the carrier's HSPA+ bands.  Can it beat some of the other high-end Android phones that are rumored, like the Samsung Galaxy S III?  Part 2 of 2.
