It's part two of a dogfight review between two devices that are priced the same on AT&T: the HTC One VX and the Pantech Discover.  It presents the age-old question - do you go with the device that's established but has lower specs, or the newcomer that has better specifications but doesn't have a proven track record in the smartphone space?

The HTC One VX offers a 1.2 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 CPU, 4.5-inch qHD display, 5-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 4G LTE, a 1,810 mAh battery, and Android 4.0 with HTC Sense 4.1.  The Pantech Discover is packing a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 CPU, 4.8-inch HD display, 12.6-megapixel camera with 1080p recording, 4G LTE, and Android 4.0 with Pantech's UI.

Which one is the best all-around Android contender for the price?  Part 2 of 2.
