It may be a nice day, but Verizon's bringing the storm to town with the HTC ThunderBolt!  Available now for $249.99 (with a two-year agreement), the ThunderBolt offers a 1 GHz next-generation Snapdragon processor, 4.3-inch WVGA display, 8-megapixel camera with dual LED flash, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, Android 2.2 with HTC Sense 2.0, and Verizon's blazing fast 4G LTE service.

It seems to be an awesome device and the data speeds are exceptionally fast, but it bears a striking resemblance to the eight month old HTC EVO 4G and the HTC Inspire 4G.  Can it distinguish itself enough, especially considering the dual-core devices that are in the pipeline?

Thanks for your participation! :)

Michael Aguilar Its the only LTE phone, so, there's no way of telling if its the ultimate.
Sam Platz Just got this, an EVO it isn't by a long shot.
Brandon Johnson Lol I have to agree with the guy above me, I mean it is the ONLY lte phone out right now, and it only took 2 full months after CES to come out. Hell it wasn't even the best lte phone then.
Benjamin Padilla It is the best LTE phone considering LTE just launched...weird question.
Michael Skrabacz I have it and its way better than evo. LTE in chicago is awesome. I get on an average 12mbps down and 3 up
Nathan Browne Dis phone looks amazing!!
Ele Garcia Nope like I said it's only an evo with more ram & internal memory...plus no phone is perfect dual processors,4g,lte,
Michael Molina The other phones coming out may have better processors, but all of them lay a skin (motoblur, touchwiz) that detract the android experience. Yes in many ways vanilla android is best, but HTC sense is easily the best manufacturer skin for android.
Christopher Berry It could have been but LTE is like the electric vehicle situation. Needs the network like people need to charge their cars. More people would buy but it doesn't make sense, no pun.
Clay Hurst Don't get droid 2 I have it you should get iphone 4 or wait till june or july for iphone 5 trust me
Oscar Zavala I want that phone nd am going to get it!
Zach Cline It will be for yhe next three months when something better comes out.
Kyle Muller I'm going to get the Droid 2 on march 30th
