Sure, the focus over at Verizon may be on the three 4G smartphones, but there are still some great 3G choices for those that haven't received LTE in their neck of the woods.  One of those is the HTC Trophy, Verizon's first Windows Phone and a good addition to their portfolio of devices capable of roaming globally.  It offers a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, 3.8-inch display, 5-megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording capabilities, and a 1,300 mAh battery.

At $149.99, it's priced below the other high-end 3G smartphones.  Is it worth plunking down 1 1/2 Benjamins for it, or is it smarter to buy a 4G device to future-proof yourself?  We'll talk it out.  Part 2 of 2.
