Aaron takes a look at two reasonably priced Android handsets from Verizon and AT&T.  The HTC Vivid packs a 1.2 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S3 processor, 4.5-inch qHD Super LCD (540x960 pixels), 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording, a front-facing camera, 1,620 mAh battery, 4G LTE connectivity, and Android 2.3 with HTC Sense 3.0.  It's available from AT&T for $99.99.  The LG Spectrum packs a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, 4.5-inch IPS HD (720p) display, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording, a front-facing camera, 1,830 mAh battery, and Android 2.3 with LG's custom UI.  It's available now for $199.99 at Verizon Wireless.

They're both powerful high-end devices with killer price tags, but only one can win the dogfight.  Which one will it be?  Part 1 of 2.
